Charles Consagra is known to the courts and his fellow lawyers as a sincere attorney with a great deal of compassion for his clients. He is a zealous advocate. Consagra specializes in the field of Administrative Law with primary emphasis in the areas of Compensation, Social Security and Unemployment Compensation. He has published several articles in the area of Compensation, Social Security and Ethics, and has presented seminars to the National Business Institute and to the Department of Public Welfare Disability Advocates Personnel. Since 1978, Atty. Consagra has been a part-time faculty member at Keystone College as an instructor in the areas of Education, Behavioral Sciences, Criminal Justice and Business Law. He is also an Instructor in Business for graduate students at Marywood University.
Charles resides in Dickson City with his wife, Mariel. He has two adult daughters and one granddaughter, who is the love of his life.
